Studying in London
The law school offers two courses each summer, each for three credit hours. One of the courses is always on English legal history and institutions with the other being a comparative law course on a substantive subject, this year Comparative Public Law. In most weeks, classes for each course run concurrently Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to noon, so a student may register for only one course.
Classes are held at the Worrell House, which contains two seminar-size classrooms. Visits to sites of interest in and around London, such as the Law Courts and lawyers' offices, are usually an important part of both courses offered in London.
You may also want to continue your studies in Europe by attending one of our other summer programs in Venice, Italy, or in Vienna, Austria, which are held following the program in London.
