Searching for scholarships involves creativity and work. Think broadly while looking for sources of scholarships. Some common sources of scholarships are

  • Civic associations
  • Employers (former, current, or potential), including employers of parent or spouse
  • Local, state, or tribal governments
  • Organizations devoted to preserving ethnic or cultural heritage
