Leigh Bagley

Adjunct Professor of Law


Professor Bagley advises clients on commercial real estate development and banking matters.  She assists developers as they acquire, finance, and sell commercial real estate; her practice also involves the negotiation of commercial leases, banking and commercial transactions, construction lending and development, lender liability, residential real estate development, secured transactions, statutory liens, and the Uniform Commercial Code.  Professor Bagley participates in the Real Estate Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Piedmont Triad Commercial Real Estate Women.  She earned her J.D. degree from Wake Forest in 2004.
