Cliff Britt is a senior partner with the law firm of Comerford & Britt. He primarily represents plaintiffs in products liability, medical negligence, and other catastrophic injury cases. Cliff is a past president of the NC Advocates for Justice (formerly the NC Academy of Trial Lawyers), where he also served as vice-president of legislative affairs, vice president for education (CLE), chair of the editorial board, past president for fundraising and development, and chair of the professional negligence section. He has also served on the Board of Governors of the NC Bar Association and has chaired the Litigation Section of the NCBA. Cliff is a “Triple Deacon.” He earned a BA in Politics from Wake Forest in 1982, and a JD / MBA in 1986. Cliff is the former National Law Fund Chair for the Law School and has served two terms as president of the Law Alumni Council at Wake Forest. He currently serves on the Law Board of Visitors and taught Advanced Trial Practice as an adjunct professor along with Professor Carol Anderson.
