Faculty Profiles
Professor Gardner earned his J.D. degree from Wake Forest University in 1994 and his undergraduate degree from University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He practices law with the firm Kilpatrick Townsend and concentrates his practice on intellectual property, with a primary focus on patent litigation and counseling. Professor Gardner has represented companies in more than 50 patent suits in federal courts in multiple states. He not only represents companies in disputes, but also regularly assists them with transactional matters relating to intellectual property.
