Professor Hazlett graduated from the law school at the University of North Carolina in 1980.  He now practices law with the firm of Moore & Van Allen in their Charlotte offices.  Professor Hazlett represents clients in the financial services industry, advising them on lending, letter of credit and leasing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities and tax-exempt finance.
