Professor William Marsh teaches federal practice. Starting his career as a law clerk he quickly moved to private practice and was a law professor at Indiana University in Indianapolis while he also consulted with Legal Aid. He served as the Federal Defender for the southern district of Indiana for 19 years. Professor Marsh earned his undergraduate and law degrees from University of Nebraska.
