Professor Morgan graduated from the Antioch School of Law in Washington, D.C. In 1975.  He has worked as a union organizer and labor representative and as a staff attorney with the Legal Aid Society of Northwest North Carolina.  He now practices with the firm of Elliot, Pishko, Morgan P.A. in Winston-Salem  Professor Griffin represents clients in matters related to employment law, labor law, and workers’ compensation law.  He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and has served as the Chair of the North Carolina chapter.
