Professor Papandrea earned her J.D. degree from the University of Chicago and her undergraduate degree from Yale University. Upon graduation she clerked for three different judges. Following her clerkships, Professor Papandrea spent several years as a litigator at Williams & Connolly in Washington DC, where she specialized in First Amendment and media defense litigation. She is the Chair of the AALS National Security Law Section. This semester she will be teaching Mass Media Law.
