Professor Smith practices law with the firm of Kilpatrick Stockton LLP.  He represents tribal governments in matters involving the expansion, enhancement, and protection of tribal sovereignty.  He also represents clients in business litigation matters. Professor Smith graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1984.
