Professor Bobby Chesney Comments on NPR about the Most Recent Enemy Combatant Case Decided in the US Fourth Circuit

A federal appeals court says the only man who is being held as an enemy combatant on U.S. soil should have the right to challenge his detention. Ali al-Marri has been in military custody for five years, accused of having ties to al-Qaida. He has been held in solitary confinement with no criminal charges against him.
