I went to a small college within a large university setting and I was looking for the same learning environment in a law school. Wake Forest Law School is a small community. Small classes provide the chance for professors and students to develop a rapport that extends beyond the classroom. I have gone to lunch with several of my professors and many professors make it a point to invite students to their homes for meals and other social gatherings.

In addition, the community is small enough to allow every student to get to know every member of their class and to make a unique contribution to the law school in someway. I am actively involved in the BLSA where we bring speakers to campus, plan networking events for students and participate in community service with a local elementary school.
