Important Dates and Deadlines
January 2009
- Submit Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) - (federal code is E00514) as soon as previous year's tax returns are complete
- Request the Dean's Certification form from your degree granting undergraduate institution
March
- March 28 (Saturday) - Admitted Students Open House
April
- April 1 - Scholarship Recipient Deadline
- April 15 - Admissions Deposit Deadline
- Register for House Hunt Weekend to be held in June
May
- May 1 - Financial Aid Deadline - FAFSA - (federal code is E00514)
- Apply for Federal Loans (lender list )
- Request your final transcript from your degree granting undergraduate institution
June
- June 5-6 - Phi Alpha Delta House Hunt
- June 15 - Tuition Deposit of $300 due (non refundable applicable toward tuition)
- Student Health & Immunization Form- must be completed to attend first day of class on August 17.
July
- July 14 - WFU student ID card - must be completed for card to be ready on August 14.
- July 14 - Dean's Certification form must be received from your degree granting undergraduate institution
- July 14 - Final Transcript must be received from your degree granting undergraduate institution
- July 21 - Disability Services
- Student Health Insurance
- July 31 - Federal Requirement: Federal loans (Stafford and Grad PLUS) cannot be disbursed until the Online Entrance Counseling has been completed.
August
- August 1 - Tuition due (any amount not covered by loans or scholarships)
- August 1 - Car registration - Parking on campus cost is $500 per year.
- August 14 - Character & Fitness to practice law – disclosures on your law school application MUST be identical to those on your future bar application. Check your application for accuracy now.
- August 14 - MANDATORY- Pick up Orientation Packet
- August 14 - MANDATORY - Orientation Week Schedule Coming Soon.
