Tracey L. Banks
Associate Professor of Legal Research and Writing
Tracey L. Banks is one of the school's experienced and effective legal research and writing professors. She also directs the Academic Success Program which enhances law students' academic performance through skills workshops, study groups, practice exams and individual mentoring. In 2005 she was voted Legal Writing Teacher of the Year. Before joining Wake Forest, she was Associate Counsel for Jefferson Pilot Financial (now Lincoln Financial Group), a national financial services organization, and an associate with Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard, LLP a leading business law firm in Greensboro, North Carolina.
