Wake Forest Law Students

To be eligible to attend the summer study abroad programs, Wake Forest Law student must meet certain GPA requirements and be in good standing. Students with a 3.0 GPA or higher and in good standing will be accepted into the program on a first-come-first-served basis. Students in good standing with a GPA between 2.7 – 2.99 will be subject to further review during the application process.


Non-WFU Law Students 

Law students from other US law schools who have completed the first year, are in good standing with their law school, and meet the same or equivalent minimum requirements as set forth for Wake Forest Law students are eligible to attend our summer study abroad programs.

There is limited enrollment in each program. We will review applications on a first-come, first-served basis subject to the eligibility requirements. For non-Wake Forest students, course credit is available only on a pass/fail basis, unless you’ve made alternate arrangements with the director of the program you attend. Students must take both courses in each program, for a total of 5 credits.
