A $500 non-refundable admissions deposit is required to hold your place in the class. These funds will be applied to your first semester’s tuition bill if you matriculate into the program. Your deposit must be received in the Admissions Office by the commitment date specified in your acceptance letter. (Visiting International Researchers and Exchange Students may not be required to pay a deposit. Please review your admissions letter for your requirement.)

You may submit your deposit online by credit or debit card through the online payment portal. Click on the link and follow the instructions shown on the page to pay your seat deposit. Alternatively, you may pay by e-check from a US bank account, or through Flywire for an international funds transfer through the Deacon Electronic Account Center (DEAC). Flywire is highly recommended and is Wake Forest University’s preferred method of payment for international students. There are no additional wire transfer fees using Flywire, and Flywire allows both the student and Wake Forest to track payments through the transfer process.

To ensure receipt, please notify the Admissions Office that the seat deposit payment has been made by sending an email to lawadmissions@wfu.edu with the confirmation. When forwarding the confirmation of payment, please include both your full name and the program you will be joining.

For more information about payment methods, visit the Student Financial Services website.
