Please note that we cannot hold or award a spot in the program unless a student has met the eligibility requirements,  submitted all required application materials, and the deposit and application fee (for non-WFU students) have been received. Spots are awarded on a first-come-first-served basis to students who have met the aforementioned criteria by the stated deadlines. If there are more Wake Forest students submitting registrations than there are spots in the program, a waiting list will be created.

The summer study abroad program requires a minimum of 10 students to run. The law school will make a final determination regarding whether a program will be offered in March of each year based on the number of deposited students. Students should complete the application process by the stated deadline; however, do not purchase plane tickets or make additional financial commitments until confirmation is received.

Summer tuition refunds for the summer study abroad program are covered by the University’s Schedule of Refund Policy.
