Accepted researchers will be responsible for all living and education expenses, including food, housing, books and supplies, transportation, and personal expenses.

In order for the University to process the forms necessary for the J-1 (visiting scholar) visa, the US Department of Homeland Security and Department of State requires that all potential exchange visitors have sufficient funding for the duration of their stay in the United States. The minimum amount required to prove sufficient funding is $2,500 USD per month for the entirety of your stay.

*The Wellness Fee provides student use of on-campus recreation facilities and activities. Law students have the option to waive the Wellness Fee. To access the waiver, log into Workday. Enter “Create Request” in the search bar. The Request Type is “Graduate/Professional Wellness Fee Waiver.” Click submit. Students who elect to opt out of the Wellness Fee will not have access to campus wellness, recreation and fitness facilities, equipment, and related programs (e.g., intramurals and club sports). Students electing to waive this fee must actively request the waiver each semester.
