On-Campus Interview (OCI) Programs are recruiting programs that take place virtually or in person at the law school each year during the spring and fall, and are designed to enhance employment opportunities for all Wake Forest Law students. Employers are invited to conduct screening interviews with law students for summer and/or permanent positions. Spring OCI begins in early February and continues through mid-March. Fall OCI begins in early August and continues through September with occasional interviews in October.

Location-Specific, Practice Area-Specific, and Diversity Interview Programs

Wake Forest University School of Law participates in multiple location-specific, practice area-specific, and diversity interview programs. As a student, you have access to employers that may not participate in on-campus interviewing due to distance and time constraints, or that may be seeking students with specific credentials or characteristics.

Students should check back often for updates on student registration timelines and interview dates & locations for each program as our website is updated when program dates are distributed. If you have questions about any interview program, please contact Catherine Sapp in the Office of Career & Professional Development (sappcc@wfu.edu) or speak with your Career Advisor.
