Jaime Garcia

Jaime Garcia is a practicing attorney, and an inaugural Water Law Fellow at the University of Colorado School of Law's Getches-Wilkinson Center for Natural Resources, Energy, and the Environment. As a litigation attorney, he handled civil cases in state and federal courts, as well as administrative cases before the Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings. His current research and practice focus on natural resources and water law across the Mountain West. His work involves significant interaction with members of the public, which drives him to help make the law more accessible to non-lawyers.
