Brad Grider is a labor and employee relations consultant with over 30 years of practical industry experience. Professor Grider held leadership roles at several Fortune 500 companies throughout his career and is recognized globally as an expert in labor & employee relations and employee engagement. His industry experience includes union and non-union manufacturing settings, corporate environments, and engaging with international unions and non-governmental organizations. Professor Grider served three (3) terms on the Board of Directors of the Fair Labor Association.
