Michael Knapp is an equity partner in the construction practice group with Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, one of the top firms in the nation. The firm's construction practice group has been recognized as the top construction group in the country for two of the last three years by U.S. News & World Report. He has significant mediation, arbitration, and trial experience in venues throughout the country. When he is not litigating cases, Professor Knapp is assisting parties draft and negotiate contracts or is providing in house and public lectures to clients and trade associations.
