Adjunct Professor of Law

Professor Sanders is an associate in the Milan, Italy office of White & Case LLP. Professor Sanders practices in the areas of M&A, private equity, corporate and equity and debt capital markets. He also has substantial experience representing public and private investment funds.
As an adjunct professor of law, Professor Sanders teaches Private Investments Funds and Growing with the Client. Private Investment Funds provides students with an overview of the law and regulations applicable to private investments funds (e.g., hedge funds and private equity funds) and the practical work entailed in representing such funds. Growing with the Client takes students through the services an attorney providers to corporate clients at each stage of the corporate lifecycle - from formation to going public.
Professor Sanders has published law review articles in Wake Forest Law Review, Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law, and Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review in addition to dozens of articles published by Huffington Post, Lexology, and JD Supra.
Professor Sanders earned his B.A. from Wake Forest University, his M.B.A from Liberty University, and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. Upon graduation from Wake Forest University School of Law, Professor Sanders earned the E. McGruder Faris Award for Character, Leadership, and Scholarship.
