Adjunct Professor of Law
Professor Davis practices law in Winston-Salem with the law firm of Davis & Harwell, P.A. She is a specialist in family law, and advises clients about complex equitable distribution cases. She teaches in programs sponsored by the American Bar Association’s Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute, and is a Diplomat of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers, which is comprised of the top 100 family law trial attorneys in the nation. She participates actively in the Family Law Council of the North Carolina Bar Association and the America Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has served on the Board of Governors of the North Carolina Bar Association. Professor Davis is certified as an arbitrator and mediator. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest in 1977.
