Gwen Parker

Visiting Assistant Professor of Law


Gwen Parker is a litigator and environmental policy analyst. She has several years of experience in complex commercial litigation, with a focus on internal investigations, government investigations, and securities class actions. She has also worked as a staff attorney for a non-profit environmental law firm, as a consultant on toxic tort litigation matters, and as a policy analyst for an international environmental research organization. She received her J.D. from Stanford Law School and a master’s degree in Resource Economics and Policy from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment. She lives with her husband and two sons in Winston-Salem, where she is active in voter education and voter registration campaigns.
